  1. Push centering disc on the rotating cutting blade
  2. Lay the rotating cutting blade with the centering disc on the notch
  3. Mount the cap nut
  4. Turn the screw on the side of the disc into the hole and through the rotating cutting blade and cap nut at 20 N/m torque.
Pre-requisites for optimal usage:
  • The correct usage of a hoof disc demand that the user have good anatomical knowledge of cow hooves. Only the correct usage ensures good results.
  • For this application a small single hand angle grinder with low revolutions and 750 watts of power is sufficient.
  • The best effect level is reached at about 10,000 revolutions.
Warning!
  • The security precautions are to be respected when using the angle-grinding machine.
  • Protective glasses are to be worn
  • The hoof must be securely and well fixed for treatment
During the first hours of operation, the rotating cutting blades will need to adjust to the aluminum base plate. Therefor re-fasten the tightening screws a few more times
