| ? | The wooden blocks are too small for our cow. Is there a possibility to get bigger ones? |
| ! |
In addition to the normal size of Demotec Easy Bloc and wooden blocks there is a various program of special sizes available. For the last years a size of 110 mm with a thickness of 18-22 mm has been chosen in the majority of all cases, but Demotec offers a lot of special sizes. For the Easy Bloc there is a XXL-Version available that is 20 mm longer than the normal version. In wooden blocks we can offer an extra large version (130 mm) and wedge formed one (24 mm - 16 mm). If requested there are individual sizes available - referring to customers needs: Please ask. |
| ? | At lower temperatures resins polymerise more slowly. Is there any possibility to accelerate the polymerisation time? |
| ! |
To resolve the problem of the slow polymerisation time of resins such as Demotec 90 or Demotec 95 at lower temperatures, we have developed Demotec Accelerator which reduces the polymerisation time in an effective, predictable and scientific manner - irrespective of temperature. You only have to add the Accelerator to the liquid of Demotec 90 or 95 and then the polymerisation time is up to 50 percent quicker. For Demotec Easy Bloc we offer the blue special resin, that cures extremely quick. At the same price as the normal version. |
| ? | What is the difference between Demotec 90 and Demotec 95? |
| ! |
DEMOTEC 95 in direct comparison with DEMOTEC 90 is simply the better product and it has enormous differences. DEMOTEC 90 is an old fashioned product and comparative to old fashioned products of other competitors with it's disadvantages. The difference of DEMOTEC 90 and 95 is in the handling. There is a little experience needed to find out the right timing for the treatment with DEMOTEC 90. DEMOTEC 95 instead you only have to mix and than no further waiting is necessary so the treatment can start without any delay. A further big advantage is that the mixed resin of DEMOTEC 95 doesn't stick to your fingers as DEMOTEC 90 or other old fashioned resins do. So you can put the complete resin into your hands and model it as you like - in a very comfortable way. Watch our videos (Video Comparison (wmv), Video non-adhesive (wmv)). |
| ? | How is it possible to remove the Demotec Easy Bloc after a successful treatment? |
| ! |
The Demotec Easy Bloc consists of a flexible top and a massive plastic block that carries the bovine weight. To remove the Easy Bloc by hand, perforate the flexible top with pliers. Then the flexible top can be removed. Without the top the Easy Bloc looses it's stability and you can remove the massive plastic block easily. |
