At the Euro-Tier, the DLG has honored our clear concept of the DL disc with the silver medal for new products. This award makes it the right time for you to market this distinguished product. The German Agricultural Society has tested and approved the DEMOTEC 90 with ACCELERATOR and the DEMOTEC 95 with ACCELERATOR.. The examination encompasses technical measuring at testgrounds of the DLG test facility and practical testing in the field, as well in various educational and testing institutions and agricultural enterprises.

This plate for hoof cutting was developed in close cooperation with professional hoof care specialists. The plate will soon convince you of its effectiveness and help you save money. The base of the DL plate consists of Aluminum. This provides a stable trajectory path and is convenient and easy to handle. 7 cutting knives made of cemented carbide provide high performance and capacity, which also results in a long useful life. The knives are factory adjusted so that they cut precisely and do not snag. They remove the horn quickly and carefully, without any development of smell, dust or heat. This treats the animals with care and protects people. The Widia knives have a long useful life and can be used from both sides. Experience shows that hooves of 500 and more cows can be cut with one set of knives. This reduces the cost per treatment notably.

Demotec already offers a whole range of various wooden blocks which are applied onto the claw with DEMOTEC 90 or DEMOTEC 95.
The following sizes are available off the shelf:
Normal size = 110 mm
Extra large = 130 mm
Wedge-shaped blocks = 110 mm long, one side 24 mm deep, the other side 16 mm deep

Demotec has now developed an acclelerator for quick hardening for the wooden block systems of DEMOTEC 90 and DEMOTEC 95 . While hardening most synthetic materials are very much dependant on temperature. Therefore one must exercise patience or take auxiliary measures, such as a hairdryer or a hot air pistol to induce hardening during the colder seasons of the year. An elegant and highly effective alternative is now at your disposal with the DEMOTEC ACCELERATOR. Whenever the process of hardening takes too long, just add some drops of the accelerator and the hardening will be notably faster. For example, without any addition it takes DEMOTEC 95 about 10 minutes to harden at a temperature of +5°C. When adding 15% of the accelerator, the synthetic material is already dry after 5 minutes. Time is money. Make use of this alternative.
